I grew up in Southern California and love it here. I moved to Salt Lake City to attend the University of Utah and earned my degree in Excercise and Sports Science. I have made it back to So Cal with my husband and three little additions to our family and have been doing personal training for the last 12 years.

I saw your blog on Sharley's ,your kids are beautiful ! Hope California is treating you good , I miss the FT days though . Hope all is well .
